Hatha Yoga |
Hatha Yoga is the physical practice of interrelating physical postures with the breath
producing harmony and balance in the body, mind and spirit.
In these classes students will learn the classic supine, seated and standing poses,
The emphasis will be on strength, suppleness, stretches, correct breathing, and relaxation techniques.
Mixed ability classes are suitable for both beginners and intermediate students.
Friday termtime 1.30pm - 3.00 pm Jubilee Hall, Eaton Socon.
