Bedfor Ju-Jitsu features traditional martial arts taught with a strong emphasis on practical self-defence.
The classes are fun and varied and will challenge students of all levels. Lessons range from throwing seminars, defence against weapons, syllabus work, ground grappling, sparring and more.
